The Performance Pathway Squad is designed for players who show strong commitment, coachability, and readiness for more advanced learning. This group receives high level, dedicated coaching in a focused environment to accelerate their technical, tactical, and physical development. While still grounded in fun and enjoyment, the program challenges players appropriately and supports them on a clear pathway toward future football opportunities.
